Now-a-days, nannies are becoming more popular because both parents are working in a family, so the need for childcare is also increasing. A nanny provides child care by live in home or live out home. Main role of nanny is keeping children in safe and loving environment.
Most important responsibility of nanny is providing quality care and supervision for child. First parents should discuss about her duties and responsibilities before taking her into position. Then if she accepts those responsibilities then she will join as nanny. Parents should mention in a contract about job description and salary and others before hiring her as a nanny.
