Compared to other forms like doing regular exercises, going to gyms, meditation and so on, yoga is proved to have health benefits both physically, mentally and also spiritually.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to Yogic laws, its not the number of years that determines the age of the person but the flexibility of the spine. The more flexible the spine is the higher the years you live. Apart from giving elasticity to the spine, Yoga also helps in firming up the skin, removing tension from the body, strengthening the abdominal muscles, correcting poor posture and so on. If you look at all of them they are all the factors which show or increase the signs of aging.</p>

There are many benefits of walking and they are as follows.</p>
<p>We can get good body shape with half an hour walking daily and reduce extra weight. This is one of the best ways to maintain good health and can prevent the danger of heart diseases, cancer and diabetes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Walking exercise helps in strengthening the muscles and bones and decreases the chances of diseases related to bones. It has positive and good effect in the health and long life with life style.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">People who suffer with high blood pressure and high diabetes or obesity should go for walking for 30 minutes and can reduce the risk of increase in levels of blood pressure and diabetes.</p>
