Flexibility training also known as flexibility stretching helps in balancing muscle groups that are used excessively at the time of exercise or physical activity.</p>

<li><strong>Improved physical performance: </strong>A flexible joint enables the individual to move it for a greater range and needs less energy in doing so, which in turn decreases the risk of injury.</li>
<li><strong>Decreased risk of injury: </strong>Stretching reduces resistance in tissue structures (configuration) which in turn reduces of chances of being injured by increasing tissue extensibility.</li>
<li><strong>Reduced muscle soreness: </strong>An individual becomes more flexible with static stretching and the   amount of muscle pain experienced after exercise is also reduced. Static stretching includes slow, gradual and controlled expansion of the muscle through the full range of motion and retained for 15-30 seconds in the most comfortable position.</li>
<li><strong>Improved Posture: </strong>Stretching enhances muscular balance and posture. Stretching will help to align (line up) soft tissue structures and decreases the stress it takes to get and maintain good posture in the regular activities.</li>
<li><strong>Increased Blood and Nutrients to Tissues: </strong>Stretching raises tissue temperature, which in turn boosts circulation and nutrient transportation. Increased circulation and nutrient transport will result in huge elasticity of surrounding tissues and improves performance.</li>

The basics can be learnt from a professional instructor and later can be continued at home by own. Usually yoga class will be conducted in a group environment. This helps in enjoying the sense of friendship as exercises are done together. It also favors in getting help personally on a person-to-person basis from the instructor.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Video: </strong>Once the basics are learned from the yoga classes, videos are considered as good way to practice yoga. Verbal as well as visual instructions can be followed in this method. It is a perfect relaxing way to practice yoga as scheduling of exercise at can be done with one&#8217;s convenience.</p>

Exercising at low intensity is better for people who want to lose weight as the body doesn&#8217;t have the chance to burn fat at high work rates and will burn glycogen instead although the body will replace the burnt glycogen by metabolizing body fat</p>
<p>Endurance cycling is an aerobic exercise, Sprint Cycling is an anaerobic exercise, however both types involve both forms of exercise to some degree and can improve cardiovascular health. One measure of cardiovascular health is VO2 max. The physical exercise gained from cycling is generally linked with increased health and well-being. According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity is second only to tobacco smoking as a health risk in developed countries, and this is associated with many tens of billions of dollars of healthcare costs. The WHO&#8217;s report suggests that increasing physical activity is a public health &#8216;best buy&#8217;, and that cycling is a &#8216;highly suitable activity&#8217; for this purpose. The charity Sustains reports that investment in cycling provision can give a 20:1 return from health and other benefits. It has been estimated that, on average, approximately 20 life-years are gained from the health benefits of road bicycling for every life-year lost through injury. Cycling is not generally considered as a high-risk activity and causes injuries in some times Injuries can be divided into two types: Physical trauma (extrinsic) and Over use (intrinsic). The most common cycling overuse injury occurs in the knees, affecting cyclists at all levels. These are caused by many factors are</p>
<ul>
<li>Incorrect bicycle fit or adjustment, particularly the saddle.</li>
<li> Incorrect adjustment of clip less pedals.</li>
<li> Too many hills, or too many miles, too early in the training season.</li>
<li> Poor training preparation for long touring rides.</li>
<li> Selecting too high a gear. A lower gear for uphill climb protects the knees, even though your muscles are well able to handle a higher gear.</li>

<p>We can get good body shape with half an hour walking daily and reduce extra weight. This is one of the best ways to maintain good health and can prevent the danger of heart diseases, cancer and diabetes.</p>
