Many people don’t like to have headache. It occurs due to various reasons such as anxiety, high blood pressure, injuries, infection, loud surroundings, stress, hunger and tumor. Migraine is another type of headache which causes severe pain and commonly occurs due to excess blood in your head and also due to allergies.

Some essential oils are recommended to relieve from headaches. Peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender essential oils reduces headaches. The oils are diluted in alcohol and can be rubbed on forehead to get relaxed from both mind and muscles in the head.
