I love walking and is recommended by doctors for overcoming the health problems. Walking is considered as a best exercise. Many scientist made research on it and proved that it is very helpful for maintaining good health. This is a physical activity and most of US citizens don’t believe in it as per research. There are many benefits of walking and they are as follows.

We can get good body shape with half an hour walking daily and reduce extra weight. This is one of the best ways to maintain good health and can prevent the danger of heart diseases, cancer and diabetes.

Walking exercise helps in strengthening the muscles and bones and decreases the chances of diseases related to bones. It has positive and good effect in the health and long life with life style.

People who suffer with high blood pressure and high diabetes or obesity should go for walking for 30 minutes and can reduce the risk of increase in levels of blood pressure and diabetes.
